The Three Stooges (says my mom!)
On Wednesday night, I had a girl's night with two of my best and oldest friends!! Brittany and Christa. I have known Brittany since high school and we have some crazy memories! I met Christa right after high school but we act like we have known eachother forever! All three of us roomed together our first year in Master's Commission. We went out to Cheddars and then to the mall and some other stores. We had an awesome time and I miss them so much! We probably won't be able to see eachother for quite some time so I think both of you need to start blogging ASAP! With lots of pics! =) Love you girls!
Family Date!!!
On Tuesday, the family went out on a family date! We ate at Chili's (YUM) and then went to the mall. Now going to the mall with the entire family was pretty hilarious! It wasn't five minutes before the guys ditched us! We spent about an hour in New York and Company trying stuff on so when the guys called to catch up with us and discovered that we were still in the same store as when they left us, they freaked out! We did end up dragging them to a few more stores until we finally left the mall. One gross thing that Wichita Falls has---BIRDS galore! It is really gross. You have to run with your hands over your head when your outside b/c there are literally hundreds of birds in all the trees. Bird stuff gets everywhere! We had accidentally parked underneath a tree while in the mall and when we got back to the car...covered in the stuff. So gross!!! So we had to go to the car wash at like 10:00 at night and Brian had to wash the car! Ha! Good night though!

Merry Christmas Eve!!!!!
We celebrated Christmas Eve by making appetizers, opening select gifts, and playing Apples to Apples. It was just Brian, me, Meg, mom and Dad. We were not able to gather with our extended family this year but we had a blast anyways! We had tons of good food: fried mini chicken legs, rotel dip, warm corn dip, pigs in a blanket, and cookies! Yum Yum! My sis got me: a smoothie maker and some fun glasses and I got some spending money from others. I made my mom and sister some scarfs. Dad got an Ipod Shuffle and Brian got a cool cowboy shirt, a cool sweater, some SEXY cologne, and a Jeremy Camp CD, mom's fav gift was her new robe, meg got a season of Everybody Loves Raymond and some cute boxers. We also got cute stockings with fun stuff in them. Tomorrow, we get to open all the presents from Mom and Dad!! Whoohoo--The Really Good Stuff!!! Christmas is so fun no matter how old you are! We also attended Christmas Eve Service at my parent's church. It was really nice to go to church on Christmas, can't remember the last time we were able to do that. Merry Christmas!!!!
Nintendo--Game of Champions!!!!
So, Pretty much all that my sister and husband have done since we arrived in Texas is play Nintendo..specifically...Dr. Mario! Anyone remember this old school game? I used to ROCK at this game...not so much anymore! After countless hours of playing, they have regained the skills and are both killers. I defnitely have realized that 2 is company and three is a crowd....I'm often left out of the Dr. Mario games =(. (feeling sorry for me yet?) But we did tackle Super Mario Brothers 3 as a team into the wee hours of the morning yesterday. Ready for the Saddest story ever? Meg (pictured above) decides that she wants us to beat the Super Mario Brothers 3 game so she spends THREE HOURS straight building up men and getting to the last level. She reaches the last level and has accumulated NINETY NINE MEN to fight the beast with in the last castle. She calls us in the room for support. Brian tries to step over the cord, TRIPS, and accidentally RESETS the game to the very beginning!!!!!!!!!!!!! My sis and I start SCREAMING NOOOOOOO, she might have shed a tear or two and Brian runs out the room ashamed! It was the saddest part of the day for sure!! The nintendo has been abandoned ever since.

We are Official Homeowners!!!!
Well, Brian and I closed on our house this morning! This isn't the best picture but it was raining outside and we took it from the car. It was an interesting experience and I'm glad the whole thing is over with now! Its been a little stressful. Now we get to clean, clean, clean and paint a WHOLE lot! It will be a lot of work but I know it will be worth it in the end! I can't wait to get a fence up and get some puppies! I'm not sure about that though...b/c once you have an animal..the next step is a kid =) Don't think we are quite there yet! But I am looking forward to spoiling all my friends kids and soon to be born kids! =) Did I mention how blessed we are? My parents happen to be moving too and the place they bought (in Washington DC) already has a washer/dryer and a refridgerator (sp)....so they are GIVING us the ones that they currently have plus all their lawn equipment b/c they won't have a yard! That seriously saves us SO MUCH money. Then we came across the problem of getting all that stuff (which is in Texas right now) back to Arkansas. We don't own a vehicle that will haul a trailor and we don't own a trailor. So....we were talking to our friends, Emily and Andrew about everything and later that night they called and offered to let us use their vehicle to haul the stuff....BLESSING! Then Brian is talking to his friend, Ryan about needing a trailor and he has a co worker with three trailors and his friend said we could borrow one for free! He's just really that nice of a guy to lend a trailor to someone he doesn't even know! Blessing again! God really does amaze me how he continues to provide for our every need. Even the littlest things. He is so faithful! Well, we leave for Texas tomorrow so everyone have a MERRY CHRISTMAS and we'll see you guys soon! =)

We Are Buying A House!!! AHHHHH!!!!
For those of you who haven't heard, Brian and I are purchasing our first home!!!! It is located in Farmington, in a subdivision behind the football field. It's only about 10 minutes from our current apartment so we will still be close to campus. Since we spend the majority of our lives there...thats a good thing! Brian took pictures today but forgot to take a picture of the outside! So that will come later! Here are the before pics, we plan on painting and I plan on doing some MAJOR decorating! Hobby Lobby and I are about to become new best friends! We had the inspection today and everything looks good...now we are waiting on the Appraisal and then we will be good to go!!! It is 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1452 square feet. It has a jet tub which I am super excited about =) Also has lots of windows and his/hers closets in the master bedroom. We are supposed to close on the 21st and we will move in sometime after Christmas. Wish us luck!

Slg Spa Night
Last night, Chrissy and I had the SLG girl's over to her house for a Spa/Sleepover Night. It was a blast! We watched some chick flicks, did facials and manicures/pedicures and took lots of pics! Did I mention we ate WAY TOO MUCH junk food? uggghhh..I feel sick again just thinking about it! But the later you stay up the more CHOCOLATE you need! That is just a given! We still managed to get some sleep though. We had such a good time, I can't wait to do it again!

O Christmas Tree!!!!
Girl's Knitting Night
A Afew weeks ago we had a girl's night and we knitted and watched the Notebook. I have to say that it was one of the FUNNEST (is that a word) nights I have had in a while! I just learned how to knit last winter so I am still a beginner but it was fun to see other people learn and love it too! I recently learned how to "purl" so now I have more options for patterns and stuff. I have made a personal record of 4 scarfs this winter, maybe next winter I can master a beanie! Here are some pictures of the Girl's knitting night and Keisha pre-baby Violet!:
