I like the pup. You can post a video by putting it on you tube or a similar service and then embed the html. You tube will give you the html for that.
Brian informed me that html stands for "hotmail" I didn't know that. :)
Also from the you tube website you can set up your you tube account to post directly to your blog. This is probably the easiest option but when you do it this way, you can only put the video and some text up no additional pictures with out getting to complicated.
Just click the "blog this" link under any video on you tube.
